management discipline and who have demonstrated sustained business
success for 10+ years. They have significant career accomplishments
and they have demonstrated substantial impact within the discipline as
well as with one or more organisations.
Colleagues are introduced into
the category once and can enjoy lifetime recognition for their career
accomplishments.

The Change Awards recognises people, teams and organisations that have made a significant difference in driving and facilitating change in their contexts. We are open to entries from individuals and organisations.
We accept submissions from the 2nd of October 2023 till the 29th of February 2024.
The shortlist event is planned for March 2024.
The Change Award ceremony will take place in April 2024.

Best Change Sponsor is an exemplary senior leader who recognises the
value of change management within the organisation.
These leaders
are change enablers and advocates, but not change management
professionals.
This category provides an opportunity for anyone to
nominate a colleague who has been critical in enabling change.
Awarded across three sectors: private, public and 3rd sector.
Best Capability Builder is a change management professional who
showcases exceptional people capability-building skills in support of a project or programme of change.
Awarded across three sectors: private, public and 3rd sector.
Best Change Coach is a change management professional who utilised coaching skills (alongside other tools and techniques) and achieved desired results by supporting individuals through change using coaching.
Change management professional or a change maker that has positively
influenced change across their respective sectors.
Best Change Influencer may have identified the need for systemic, cultural or other intrinsic change but have not set up their own business entity to
implement it.
Best Change Influencer may have positively impacted a successful outcome for a change initiative that was not initiated or created by them.
Awarded across three sectors: private, public and 3rd sector.
Change management professional, who is working as an independent consultant, and is not associated with any specific organisation. They can operate under own brand name (company) but must be sole employee of that company.
This award is designed to spotlight newcomers within change
management. Future Inspiration is an emerging change manager or an
individual starting a career in change management.
You may be
shadowing someone more experienced or be part of their team.
Provide us with an example of your successful contribution to the

Large-scale Transformation winner is a change management
professional who operates across large-scale, cross-boundary and
complex environment. This category is agnostic of the type of the
change programme.
Awarded across three sectors: private, public and 3rd sector.
Technology Implementation category winner is a change management
professional working on employee-focused technology implementation
projects.
Awarded across three sectors: private, public and 3rd sector.

Open to entities from private, public and 3rd sectors.
Best Culture Transformation winner is a team of change management
professionals (and other supportive roles within such team if
applicable) that as part of the project or programme of work drove
behavioural change around culture, values or purpose.
Example
projects could include those that are be driven by M&A, sustainability,
regulatory pressure, desire for competitive advantage etc.
Future-ready Leadership winner is a team of change management
professionals (and other supportive roles within such team if
applicable) within an organisation or an organisation that focuses on
leadership development in support of a change initiative (project or
programme) or as part of a standalone initiative.
This may be achieved
though customised, targeted training, coaching, role-modelling etc.
Employee Experience and Wellbeing winner is a team of change
management professionals (and other supportive roles within such
team if applicable) within an organisation or an organisation that
successfully translated strategy and/ or purpose into meaningful
employee experience to support organisations (the customer) in
attracting, engaging and keeping talented individuals.
Example projects
could include business model transformation, organisation re-design,
office moves etc.
Modern Desktop winner is a team of change management
professionals (and other supportive roles within such team if
applicable) within an organisation or an organisation that delivered an
employee-focused implementation of technical solution that improves
employee productivity, satisfaction and creates more seamless
communication and collaboration across locations and platforms.
Example projects could include implementation of Microsoft 365,
Google Workplace etc.
Digital Transformation winner is a team of change management
professionals (and other supportive roles within such team if
applicable) within an organisation or an organisation that delivered an
employee-focused implementation of new, digital technology to
improve productivity and the use of new technologies as a catalyst for
innovation, experimentation, and creativity.
Example project could include digital reality, big data, artificial
intelligence, machine learning, cloud, RPA, cloud-native, Internet of
Things, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, XaaS, blockchain, cybersecurity etc.
An organisation that identified the need for and drove a systemic,
cultural or other intrinsic change directly
or indirectly positively impacting local community, broader society
and/ or general public.
This award category is open to all sectors and
will be awarded in three subcategories: public, private and non-profit
sector.
