Ashley Gray
Ashley has driven change in various arenas throughout his 17-year career spanning product, service and organisation. With a technical background in human performance sciences, he started his career in consultancy leading research and innovation for the design, development and validation of evidence-led solutions for the global sporting goods industry and Olympic gold medal winning performances.
He moved into management to oversee change as part of the broader upstream system, including delivery of Loughborough University’s largest international research and innovation collaboration.
Over the last seven years, after taking a role at the new Loughborough University London campus, he has grown a multidisciplinary innovation programme that has enabled industry and academia to collaborate at scale, becoming one of the largest in the world.
He is now on a mission to create scalable change in population health. Drawing on human centric, connected, whole system approaches, he is pursuing opportunities to bring industries together to better measure, develop and deliver preventive, data-led solutions before the need for traditional healthcare systems. He is also a Board Member for the Global Tech Advocates – Future of Work group and on the Advisory Board for StepTribe.
