David Callaghan is a seasoned change management practitioner who has delivered significant change and transformation projects in both the private and public sector.

David has worked as an internal change manager, independent contractor and change agent to help deliver complex digital transformations. His focus is delivering successful change and adoption for organisations, by bringing people and communities impacted to the forefront of planning and implementation.

More recently, David has been working on the employee experience of organisations and the impact that hybrid work has on our workplace. He is an active member of the Change Management Institute and is an MBA Candidate at Warwick Business School.

David is currently a Senior Manager & Modern Workplace Lead at WM Reply, a Microsoft Partner. He is overseeing programmes of change in the financial and professional services industries.
