Dr. Vicky Haji-Ghassemi is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for MA Management at Regents University London, teaching within Leadership and Change, HR, Management and Organisations. She is teaching on various modules on Change Management such as the Leadership and Change pathway of students as well as teaching on Optimising Operations and Change equipping students with understanding how to use creative management strategies to overcome challenges in global management and successfully leading teams in organisational change to respond to change and disruption.

Furthermore, Dr. Haji-Ghassemi has taught students how leaders need to develop their skills to be innovative as well as adapting leadership styles and design and implement initiatives during change.

Dr. Haji-Ghassemi supports students with the knowledge and skills to become an agile leader and change maker. Dr. Haji-Ghassemi completed an MSc in International Business Management as well as PhD within the area of global mobility. Dr. Haji-Ghassemi has presented at various conferences.
