Ihab Ahmed is a Business Transformation Senior Director at a global UK plc, where he is responsible for leading a major Finance transformation programme and supporting a global ERP system implementation.

For over 25 years, Ihab established his post at the intersection of risk management & business resilience, IT & digital solutions deployment and change management. His passion for driving change and helping people and organisations to fulfil their potential led him to explore and experience the full depth and breadth of how effective cross-functional change management delivers successful outcomes for both leaders and organisations.

Prior to his current role, Ihab held a number of senior executive positions within blue chip organisations on both sides of the Atlantic. For over 5 years, he was a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the University of London teaching postgraduate students on various master’s degree courses. He regularly speaks at conferences relevant to his research interest areas.

Ihab is a founding member of the UK Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP UK) and a District Director for London.
