Katie Kelly, an Associate Partner at Oaklin, is a dynamic, results-driven Business Transformation leader obsessed with the human side of change and continuous improvement. Katie has 15 years of international experience in Project and Change Management and customer and employee experience optimisation. She has delivered complex people change and its associated benefits for organisations and their customers across Energy, Oil and Gas, Finance, Retail, Transport, and many other sectors.

Katie is passionate about Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. Katie champions this through her role as the London Women's Hub leader on The Chartered Management Institute Board, and through her support of internal ED&I initiatives at Oaklin.

In 2021 Katie was honoured to be awarded one of Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 and the Chartered Management Institute's Volunteer of the year. Katie was also awarded an Influential Women in Business Award in 2022, recognising her commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.
